Shipping Policy

Generally speaking items ship within 48 hours of purchase unless they need to be custom made. I do have ADHD so feel free to poke me if I haven't shipped your item after 72 hours.

Items are shipped from PNW area, weather may be an issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

I DO NOT promise return/exchange - they will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Please inquire in the case of defective items - when possible I will exchange items or discount a future purchase when the fault of the defect is neither mine or yours (i.e. damaged in the mail, a defect I didn't spot before shipping).

Cost of shipping will also be determined case-by-case.
